Begin Trekking through Muong Hoa Valley โ meet your English-speaking local guide in Sapa Town and begin your two-day Sapa trekking journey into the breathtaking landscapes of Muong Hoa Valley. Walk along mountain trails descending through rice terraces, quiet hillsides, and traditional villages surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in Northern Vietnam. The morning trek takes you through Lao Chai, one of the best-known Black Hmong villages in Muong Hoa Valley, where your guide shares insight into local farming traditions, family life, and everyday life in the mountains. Continue trekking toward Ta Van Village along peaceful riverside paths lined with bamboo groves, terraced fields, and traditional wooden houses belonging to the Giay ethnic community.

Local Lunch in Ta Van Village โ enjoy a relaxed home-style lunch in Ta Van surrounded by the rice terraces and mountain landscapes of Muong Hoa Valley. This is a chance to slow down, rest, and experience the quieter pace of village life beyond Sapa's busiest tourist routes.

Homestay Experience with a Local Family โ arrive at your local homestay in the valley and settle into your traditional village home for the evening. Spend time with your host family, help prepare dinner over a wood fire, and experience the warmth of local hospitality in the mountains of Sapa. As evening falls, enjoy a home-cooked dinner and the peaceful atmosphere of village life after most trekkers have returned to Sapa Town.

Trekking toward Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan โ after breakfast with your host family, continue trekking deeper into the valley toward Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan. Walk through forest trails, suspension bridges, rice terraces, and quieter mountain landscapes while learning more about the traditions and everyday life of the Red Dao communities living in this part of Sapa. This section of the trek offers a slower and more peaceful atmosphere away from the more visited areas near Sapa Town.

Final Lunch & Return to Sapa Town โ enjoy a final local lunch before saying goodbye to the valley and your local guide. After the trek, your driver will meet you for the comfortable return journey back to Sapa Town.
