How do I book a tour?

Are your tours private?
Yes — every experience is private, exclusively for your party. Minimum 2 paying travellers required unless a separate solo quotation is agreed.
What is your payment policy?
Payment recipient: Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd. Accepted online method: PayPal. Deposit: 30% to reserve the tour. Remaining balance due 7 days before departure. Bookings within 7 days of departure require full payment when the tour is confirmed.
What is your cancellation policy?
7+ days before departure: 100% refund excluding non-refundable PayPal, bank or payment-processing fees. From 72 hours to less than 7 days: 50% refund excluding non-refundable fees. Less than 72 hours or no-show: no refund. Times are calculated from scheduled departure in Vietnam local time.
Can I join as a solo traveller?
Solo travellers are welcome to enquire. Because all tours are private and priced for a minimum of two paying travellers, a solo booking is charged at the two-traveller minimum unless a separate quotation is agreed.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Children must travel with a parent or legal guardian. Ages 0–5: standard trekking tours are not recommended. Ages 6–11: easy private walks and selected family experiences may be suitable depending on ability and conditions. Ages 12–17 and multi-day treks require individual suitability confirmation. Child pricing is quoted individually; no automatic child discount is promised.
What should I wear?
Comfortable trekking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Sapa is a mountain town and can be cool, foggy or rainy, so warm layers and a light waterproof jacket are recommended.
What happens if weather affects the tour?
If weather or trail conditions create a safety concern, Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd. may propose a free date change, a safer alternative route or experience, or a refund for the portion of the service that cannot be provided. The final operational safety decision is made by the designated Hanoi Travel Mate tour operator.
What is your registered business address?
