Payment recipient: Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd. Accepted online method: PayPal. Deposit: 30% to reserve the tour. Remaining balance due 7 days before departure. Bookings within 7 days of departure require full payment when the tour is confirmed.

7+ days before departure: 100% refund excluding non-refundable payment-processing fees. From 72 hours to less than 7 days: 50% refund excluding non-refundable fees. Less than 72 hours or no-show: no refund. Times are calculated from scheduled departure in Vietnam local time.
